Yellow Stuff IV Injection Silicone and Injection Gun
The Yellow Stuff Impression Material System is the choice of Quality Conscious Dispensers! This hands-free injection gun and cartridge system allows you to create virtually perfect impressions. Yellow Stuff IV is a 40 shore, double barrel silicone material that doesn’t sag during set-up, nor does it distend the canal during insertion. The material comes in boxes of 8 cartridges with 32 tips.
Accu-Form
This two-part silicone putty material is formed using equal parts of the base and activator as measured with the small measuring syringes. For varied ear size, adjustments to both materials can be increased or decreased as needed. The green (base) / white (activator) material is 35 shore and mixes easily by hand for insertion into the standard silicone syringe. Available in the 2-tub unit with measuring syringes.
Syringes
The standard or regular syringe is great for use with our powder/liquid formula.
The all-in-one Mix-In-It syringe allows the dispenser to mix the powder / liquid materials in the syringe (with the barrel closed) and then insert the plunger, open the dispensing port from the barrel to the nozzle and insert the material into the ear.

LED and Disposable Earlights
The new LED earlight provides great ability to visualize the ear canal and eardrum. The light chip technology is brighter and last longer than previous products. Batteries are included with the instrument. In addition, an earblock insertion attachment and carrying case are included.
The disposable earlight is handy as a cost effective and back-up unit. The light is not a bright as the LED units, but does serve the purpose. This light includes includes an earblock insertion attachment.
Partially Coiled Tubes
These over-the-ear tubes are available in full coil (approximately 14 inches of coil) and mini-coil, pictured, (approximately 6 inches of coil) both with a total tubing length of 36 inches. Also available is the straight over-the-ear tube. When ordering please specify right or left ear. As an option, the tubes are available with metal clips.
OtoBlocks, Slim Stops and Vented Blocks
OtoBlocks and Slim Stops are available in 3 sizes each and are packaged in 50 unit bags. Specify Small, Medium or Large size. Colors for both styles are Small / Gray; Medium / White, and Large / Blue. Also available in single units are our Vented OtoBlocks which eliminate the ‘plugged up’ feeling by the use of a small tube running through thru the block and ending past the area for the impression material. Sizes are Small / .25mm (24); Medium / .35mm (24), and Large / .50mm (16).
Finishing Stones
For those dispensers that handle simple to ‘not so simple’ modifications in house, we recommend these Lucite and silicone stones. The Lucite stone has a silver / gold coating and works extremely well on the hard Lucite or similar surfaces. For the softer, and yes, difficult to modify silicone materials, we have the white finishing stone. Couple the silicone stone with a high speed motor and you’re on your way to fixing that area of annoyance or discomfort.
Tube Reamer
The tube reamer is an invaluable piece of equipment when you need to remove the firmly positioned, old and brittle tubing for replacement. Also available for minor repair / modifications are the tube expander, tube puller (for insertion), and the tube lock inserter. And if you have other items in mind check, it just may be that we have them in stock.
B-Parts and Adaptors
For use with stethoscope tubing / anesthesia earmolds we have the metal B-part connector. For use on listening molds and other communication adaptation is the plastic B-part. Also for use in many non-amplified products are the receiver connector and the poly elbow. If you have other questions or needs, please ask.
